Curried Turkey with Potatoes |
It can be intimidating to cook different cuisines at home, but I've found Indian flavors to be some of the easiest to reproduce. If you invest in a few spices upfront, the other ingredients are usually cheap and easy to find. This turkey recipe is essentially a twist on meat and potatoes. It's simple enough for a weeknight, but still curbs my cravings for Indian food. If you're interested in buying some Indian spices, I strongly recommend
Penzeys. Happy cooking!
