Weekly Menu for 1/20



Curried Turkey with Potatoes
It can be intimidating to cook different cuisines at home, but I've found Indian flavors to be some of the easiest to reproduce. If you invest in a few spices upfront, the other ingredients are usually cheap and easy to find. This turkey recipe is essentially a twist on meat and potatoes. It's simple enough for a weeknight, but still curbs my cravings for Indian food. If you're interested in buying some Indian spices, I strongly recommend Penzeys. Happy cooking!

Sunday: Stuffed portobellos
Monday: Curried ground turkey with potatoes and salad
Tuesday: Beef Goulash from Art of the Slow Cooker and salad
Wednesday: Dinner out
Thursday: Leftovers with sauteed rainbow chard
Friday: Yellow-eyed pea, sage, and sweet potato stew from Heirloom Beans
Saturday: Leftovers
